FEEE Films partnered with creative agency Pastilla and SAP’s Employer Branding team to create an original 8-bit arcade-style animation designed to capture the attention of early graduates entering the workforce. Inspired by classic video games, the piece features custom character design, world building, and pixel-style animation that guide viewers through the challenges of early career life before “leveling up” to a career at SAP. The playful retro aesthetic, paired with game-inspired storytelling, positioned SAP as a relatable destination for young talent navigating the transition from school to professional life. Developed as part of SAP’s Early Talent recruitment initiative, the animation helped bring a distinctive creative approach to employer branding by speaking directly to a generation raised on gaming culture.
